Terms & Conditions:
- CleanHive offers professional Wash, Fold, Ironing, Dry cleaning, and Express delivery services.
- Pickup and delivery services are scheduled based on the customer-selected time slot.
- Ensure availability at the pickup/delivery location during the selected time window.
- Express/Urgent delivery of articles would be charged 50% extra over the regular tariff.
- We strive for timely pickup and delivery, but delays due to unforeseen events or force majeure (e.g., traffic, weather) may occur. In such cases, no compensation, refund, or charge reduction will be applicable, though we’ll keep you informed proactively.
- We may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes.
- Every customer will receive a detailed bill/invoice at the time of order confirmation (physical or digital).
- Customers must present the original bill/invoice (physical or digital copy) when collecting processed Items directly from the store. This is to ensure secure and verified delivery.
- CleanHive reserves the right to withhold delivery in-store until proper verification through the bill/invoice is completed.
- At CleanHive, we make every effort to remove stains and marks using industry-standard processes and products. However, we cannot guarantee 100% stain removal, as results may vary depending on the fabric type, age of the stain, and prior treatment. Therefore, no claims for refunds or reductions in processing charges will be entertained on the grounds of incomplete stain removal.
- In the unlikely event of damage or loss, CleanHive’s liability is limited to 10 times the value of the charge of the affected item specified to the customer for the processing or INR 3000, whichever is lower.
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery/collection, with supporting evidence.
- No claims will be entertained for garments without a matching order record or invoice.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
- CleanHive is not liable for: Items left in pockets (e.g., cash, notes, cards, keys).
- CleanHive is not responsible for:
- Normal wear and tear, Pre-existing damage, shrinkage, or colour fading,
- Damage due to manufacturing defects or fragile fabric.
- Garments without care labels or special handling notes.
- Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking.
- CleanHive reserves the right to change pricing, packages, offers, and cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions at any point in time without any prior intimation or notice.
- Cancellation is not permitted once garments have been picked up.
- Garments not collected within 3 (three) weeks of the scheduled delivery date may be disposed of or donated, at CleanHive’s discretion.
- Customers are advised to verify the garment count during pickup and delivery.
- We reserve the right to decline any garment that poses a risk to other items or our equipment.
- We respect your privacy. Customer data is used only for service delivery and will not be shared without consent.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.
- Any issues should first be reported to customer support for amicable resolution.
